Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Actively sourcing and recruiting great talent
  • Providing superior-level customer service to your clients
  • Leveraging your network in order to organically grow your accounts
  • Conducting in-depth pre-screening interviews
  • Refining job descriptions, capturing the essence of what our Client is looking for
  • Continuously updating the applicant tracking system with client, candidate and job information
  • Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline
  • Being a Linkus Group brand ambassador at job fairs and other networking events
Experience you’ll bring:
  • A minimum of 5 years in recruitment, either a specialist or a generalist with an understanding of a contingent or retained model or both
  • A proven track record of being a terrific account manager
  • Experience hiring across all functions - from Product & Development to Marketing, Operations & Sales
  • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment or the ability to fix the printer on your own if it breaks
  • A passion and commitment for diversity and inclusion in recruitment and hiring
  • A proven track record of bringing on quality hires to help build and scale high-performing teams
  • The ability to build out a killer recruitment strategy and execute on it
