Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team!

We’re looking for a high-integrity salesperson who knows the Canadian B2B Employer market, to build relationships with and continue selling to the largest Group Insurance Carriers, Advisors, Brokers and Canadian Employers directly. Working with the CEO, you will be tasked to uncover opportunities in the space, but rest assured this is a sales role - our stellar colleagues in the account management & implementations will do the heavy lifting once the deal is done.

You’ll succeed in this role if you’re comfortable with a mix of cold outreach and inbound leads.

How you will make an impact:
  • Drive a high volume of sales within Canada areas by managing the complete sales cycle from creating target account expansion strategies to securing the deal;
  • Pioneer the use of KixCare through developing leads and relationships relevant to Employer funded healthcare
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients by assessing needs and operating as an accessible, knowledge resource;
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, capabilities, and value to customers to create brand ambassadors in the market;
  • Ensure the seamless and satisfactory transition of customers through the full sales cycle;
  • Assist in the building, negotiating, and optimization of all Business Development pre-sale activities, including but not limited to: RFPs, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials/events;
  • Complete all administrative responsibilities, as required: timely submission of expense reports, business planning, etc.
What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 2 years Sales;
  • A successful track record selling healthcare B2B is ideal;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • The ability to analyze sales reports and data to develop effective business strategies;
  • Proven understanding of recurring revenue business
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-growth environment with a desire to hunt for new business;
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment but also function as a demonstrated self-starter with minimal supervision;
  • Travel as required to be an on-site resource, attend industry related events, and participate in professional development activities.
