Looking for a Business Development Representative
to join an amazing Toronto-based PropTech companies. This start-up is transforming the way rental real-estate is managed and operated at scale. They have created a process and technology to deliver insights into the state of managed rental real estate assets, speeds up unit turnovers, increases visibility, and drives operational efficiency, allowing operators and managers to stay ahead of the curve. The role is focused primarily on providing demonstrations and implementing the program to enterprises and closing the deal.
Salary: Base + commission structure

- Comfortable producing a net new business target account plan
- Generating conversation with new target accounts
- Working with the Customer Success team to provide market feedback
- 2-4 years of sales experience, specifically focused on selling an SaaS technology
- Experience working with HubSpot and and cloud-based technology
- A background or understanding of PropTech is ideal
- A sense of humour, easygoing personality and the ability to work hard, play hard will thrive here!
