VP of Customer Success

An innovative tech organization within the social learning and performance space, is looking for a VP of Customer Success to help lead a team and take their growth to the next level.

Their ideal candidate is someone who is ambitious, strategic and sales driven with experience working within a growing company. Someone with experience in implementing tactical growth strategies, loves to think outside the box, and a passion for creating inclusivity in the workplace.

This is an opportunity to sit at the leadership table and help lead a team to bring the company to the next level.  

Location: Remote 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success 
  • 5+ years of experience in a Leadership role or as an Executive 
  • Experience with strategy and execution within a technology start-up
  • Must have knowledge of HR tech, Saas or selling into HR 
  • Asset if you have worked in a start-up or scale-up 
  • Previous experience in Account Management 
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts 
  • Experience in Operations or Sales
