Our Client: is a STEM-based after-school program that encourages a growth mindset through teaching kids from grades 3-8 hands-on coding, robotics, and Minecraft.
The Role: The company is in a rapid growth phase, and is looking to scale their team by adding an awesome full-time sales rep to take charge of outreaches to parents. You will mostly be working with warm leads, and will be converting those leads to signups.
Responsibilities:

Take charge of both outbound and inbound sales

Address parent concerns proactively, and turn those concerns into sales

Promote after school programs, camps, and birthday parties to parents

Use Zendesk Sell to track all sales
-
Meeting/exceeding sales goals
-
Understand and promote programs
-
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
-
Preparing sales reports for the CEO
-
Maintaining client records
-
Answering questions about programs, prices, and availabilities
Your background:

Excellent phone etiquette
-
Prior experience working with educational programs in sales an asset

Prior sales experience to parents-specific demographic an asset
-
Proven track record of converting warm and cold leads to signups

Experience using Zendesk Sell

Self-motivated individual who can take ownership of their work
