Looking for: a Head of Customer Success to drive growth, revenue, and expansion.
You will be responsible for: Driving user revenue and increasing retention.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Prior Enterprise SaaS experience
- Experience growing revenue, retention, and expansion within a customer success team as a people manager
- Coach and mentor
- Startup experience willing to roll up your sleeves
