Our Client: Enterprise SaaS startup under 100 people located in Toronto, Canada
Looking for: a Head of Customer Success to drive growth, revenue, and expansion. 
You will be responsible for: Driving user revenue and increasing retention. 
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
  • Prior Enterprise SaaS experience
  • Experience growing revenue, retention, and expansion within a customer success team as a people manager
  • Coach and mentor
  • Startup experience willing to roll up your sleeves
