Our clients are looking for individuals who are passionate about TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALISTS  who have experience conducting full-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to: job descriptions, job posting, screening, sourcing, interviewing and drafting offer letters. 

We are looking for individuals who have experience or interest in: 
  • Guiding candidates through the hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working of our client’s environment;
  • Developing lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers;
  • Leveraging your knowledge of our clients' hiring needs and search requirements, you effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful;
  • Sourcing and recruiting great talent;
  • Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline;
  • Co-coordinating management interview schedules;
  • Understanding both technical and non- technical positions;
  • Refining job descriptions, as required;
  • Running job fairs on and off site;
  • Prioritizing many recruits at the same time;
  • Producing reports on recruiting activity;
  • Following company established processes.

  • Comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient;
  • Experience capitalizing on social media networking for recruiting (LinkedIn, Facebook, blogging etc.);
  • Work closely with the businesses throughout the search process providing consistent communication and incredible client service;
  • Good understanding with Applicant Management Systems;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; 
  • “Roll up your sleeve” mentality, no task too large or too small.
