NC Smart Call closes the loop on employee absence management. Currently servicing Canadian Healthcare service providers, NC Smart Call is looking to expand our absent management platform to additional markets and industries. This is where you come in, NC Smart Call is seeking a key member to join our growing team and to lead our inside sales.

The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition, sales support for both company and channel partners as well as client prospecting. Inside sales works with current and prospective customers to find out what they want, communicate solution attributes and ensure a smooth sales process. Friendly, professional and well spoken, Inside Sales are eager to find and create value for our clients.
Location: Saskatoon
About You: • Proven sales skills and can interact with prospects at an executive level
• Resourceful and curious individual with a sharp intellect and the ability to pick things up quickly
• High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, and facts
• Energetic, upbeat, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team who exudes positivity
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
• Responsive, reliable and extremely well organized and capable of managing a high volume of dynamic sales support activities
• You are someone that doesn’t like to settle for a predictable path, but instead opt for a path that allows you to rapidly increase your responsibilities and grow within the organization
• Understanding of SAAS and high tech environments

What you will do: • Expand NC Smart Call into new markets and industries
• Supporting the sales process from start to finish o
Conducting research to identify potential prospects o Attend industry functions and tradeshows to generate new leads o Prepare and present comprehensive proposals to secure accounts and contract renewals 
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the prospective client and strategic partners’ overall business needs and communicate solutions to meet these needs
• Provide sales support for channel partners
• Develop, maintain sales collateral • Build and maintain sales pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
• Sales reporting, tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

What you need: • 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Proven track record of constantly meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Service-oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional team, managing multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to build effective sales presentations and proposals Added Bonus:
