We are looking for a Business Development Representative
for a tech startup in the SaaS space. They are currently expanding their sales team and looking for a passionate BDR to help identify business opportunities.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, but quickly growing organization. $45k + commission, OTE of $60k
- Reach out to prospects through emails and phone calls to learn about their needs and get them excited about the Platform
- Prospect new potential customers by conducting targeted outbound campaigns
- Qualify sales leads by conducting high level conversations with executives
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities for Account Executives to demo
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize internal sales processes
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to establish ways to improve our sales strategy
- Previous experience in customer service/sales environment will be an asset
- A strong interest in getting into software sales
- Excellent business writing skills
- Very process driven and methodical
- Thrive in fast-paced startup environment Naturally curious; you love learning and improving yourself
- Salesforce (CRM) experience a plus!
