Sales Representative

Toronto, ON
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a company in the Entertainment and Leisure space. They are currently expanding their sales team and looking for a passionate Sales Representative to help identify new business opportunities through intensive outbound sales. Offering: $40k + commission 

Location: GTA

Position Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to prospects through direct selling, cold calling and networking
  • Utilize company CRM to develop pipeline and and track sales
  • Prospect new potential customers by conducting targeted outbound campaigns
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize internal sales processes
  • Work closely with the the Sales Director to establish ways to improve the sales strategy
  • Generating proposals and process payments from clients 
  • Identify opportunities to upsell
  • Hit or exceed assigned quota

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a post secondary degree
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales (B2B)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in order to meet different demands 
  • Professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Excellent oral and written communication including creative writing and negotiation skills
  • CRM experience
  • Self-motivated and takes responsibility for personal and organizational results
  • Comfortable with presenting in front of clients
  • Experience generating proposals
