Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a tech startup in the Facility Management space. If you are qualified, please apply and a Recruiter will be in touch to walk you through the process. 

Location: Toronto 
 
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Offering: $50k + commission, OTE $70k

Responsibilities:
  • Increase the customer base by selling the services to businesses
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers by phone
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Call customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Track sales and status reports
  • Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience and amazing success as a an inside sales representative having made cold calls for sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
