Business Development Representative

Offering: 55K + Commission, $68k OTE uncapped, full benefits, stock options, flex hours etc. 

Location: Downtown Toronto

Requirements:
  • Prior inside sales experience (Software sales is a plus)
  • Experience being held to metrics (quota carrying)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • You can think quickly on your feet, problem solve independently and use your judgement to know when to escalate issues
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries (currently 100% inbound calls)
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Partner with our experienced Sales team to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Maintain active engagement with new, old and existing leads
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
