55K + Commission, $68k OTE uncapped, full benefits, stock options, flex hours etc.
- Prior inside sales experience (Software sales is a plus)
- Experience being held to metrics (quota carrying)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- You can think quickly on your feet, problem solve independently and use your judgement to know when to escalate issues
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries (currently 100% inbound calls)
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
- Partner with our experienced Sales team to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
- Maintain active engagement with new, old and existing leads
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
