Customer Service Team Leader - Insurance

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada

Location: Toronto (Looking for candidates open to relocating)

Position type: Full time, Permanent

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Completion of post-secondary education (Degree or Diploma)
  • Management or team lead experience 
  • Minimum 5 years holding a General Insurance license for the province of BC
  • Must be fully CIP designated if the candidate does not hold a level 3 BC license
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations and process
  • Experience in reporting metrics and tools
  • Experience with change management 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience
