Customer Service Team Leader - Insurance

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada
We are looking for an ENERGETIC and FUN licensed Customer Service - Team Lead to join our Client's contact center team.  If you have an OUTGOING personality and you like to work in a fun work environment then this is the job for you - This is an exciting company where they are committed to outstanding customer service and meeting challenging goals!

Location: Toronto (Looking for candidates open to relocating)

Position type: Full time, Permanent

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Completion of post-secondary education (Degree or Diploma)
  • Management or team lead experience 
  • Minimum 5 years holding a General Insurance license for the province of BC
  • Must be fully CIP designated if the candidate does not hold a level 3 BC license
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations and process
  • Experience in reporting metrics and tools
  • Experience with change management 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  Offering:
  • $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience
  • Bonus
