Help Desk Manager 70-90K

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
We are looking for a Help Desk Manager for a proprietary software company located in downtown Toronto.  This is the ideal position for someone who is not only well versed technically, especially in Windows, but who also has also managed a small Help Desk team.  You must be energetic, outgoing and friendly.  You must be able to deal with high end clients and an asset to the internal team.

Must Haves:
  • Post Secondary degree or diploma 
  • 5-10 years experience in providing tech support to clients in a software capacity
  • 2+ years minimum in a management role
  • Working on Windows is MUST!!!
  • Knowledge of SQL is an asset
  • Experience with ticketing systems 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Fun, energetic and out-going personality
