Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience providing support through phone, email, and remote support
  • •Experience troubleshooting software, hardware issues and escalating calls as needed
  • •Microsoft windows XP, 7 and Office 2010 , 2013, and 365 technologies
  • •Active directory administration

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting Windows 7 operating systems
  • Deploy and troubleshoot blackberries and configuring iphones/androids
  • VPN remote access
