Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

The Job:
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Deal with inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Answer questions regarding our client’s programs and services
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • maintain customer databases
  • manage administration
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • follow up on customer interactions
Must Haves:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience over the phone
  • Completion of post secondary education is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suites (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask, and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environm
