Job description
The incumbent will be responsible for the support ticket system as well as participate in technical support issues. They will report directly to the Team Lead. Work will largely consist of in office work, but may require onsite client visits from time to time. Account management will vital aspects of the position.
Who we are looking for
  • Fluent/Exceptional written and spoken English
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Strong technical background in supporting desktops, laptops, servers and networks.
  • Ability to write technical documentation
  • Strong organization skills
  • Must have ability to multitask
Technical knowledge of
  • Windows 7
  • Microsoft Server 2008
  • Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010
  • Sql Server 2005/2008
  • Ticket System experience
  • Network Troubleshooting
  • Firewall configuration and support
