Account Manager - SaaS

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
We are leading the search for an Account Manager to join a SaaS software company. The Account Manager will be focused on growing business within the existing current accounts.

Location: North York

Position type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Targeting and growing revenue within assigned accounts to bring in net new business ($240K USD quota)
  • Providing client relations related activities with direct ownership of your accounts
  • Providing product demos  to educate and entice additional licenses in the current  client base
  • Acting as a subject matter expert of the product
  • Providing excellent client service on an ongoing basis
  • 2-3 years experience in an account management or customer success role
  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships with current and prospective clients in C-Level suites
  • Must have SaaS product experience, including product demos for remote clients
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Experience with SalesForce, SalesLoft or similar CRM tool
  • Results driven and proven ability to meet or exceed quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to be accountable for results with minimal supervision
  • Clear and timely communications with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
