Digital Marketing Specialist - Search

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist - Search to join our client. They are one of Canada's fastest growing company within the Fintech space helping consumer take charge of their finances!

The main responsibility of the Digital Marketing Specialist will be to create and optimize ads to drive lead generation across various search engines and social media platforms that will meet and exceed lead acquisition goals in the most cost-efficient manner. You will work closely with other cross functional teams such as Analytics, Content, and Product Development.  This is a role with high responsibility, accountability, and a budget that could reach and exceed $1 million per month.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve key targets as it relates to pre-defined key performance indicators (traffic, conversion and lead metrics)
  • Work closely with other team members in order to achieve targets
  • Monitor, track, record and report advertising performance metrics on a weekly/monthly basis to continually identify opportunities/risks and implement solutions to reach CPA, ROAS and other KPI targets.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize creative, messaging and value propositions for intelligent and creative retargeting.
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure proper planning, execution, evaluation and optimization of ongoing and new campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Expert in Google Adwords
  • Good understanding of Bing Ads
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and/or other Digital Analytics Software 
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more), and content syndication networks
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including resourcefulness, attention to detail, and comfort tackling ambiguity
  • Take ownership and continually question, measure, analyze, and report on programs across a variety of metrics, including account engagement, funnel lead generation benchmarks, and sales pipeline to ensure marketing is hitting their goals. Prove ROI in channel investments.
