Leading digital media and marketing company is seeking a dynamic and highly driven professional to join our winning team. As a
Digital Media Acquisition Specialist, you'll have an opportunity to work on across a broad range of products and across
multiple verticals.

The right candidate will possess 1+ year(s) experience and be well versed in the performance marketing industry; familiar with
user acquisition for digital app installations; knowledge of the types of fraud within the industry; in-depth understanding of the
different types of digital media, and supply sources

This role offers significant financial upside through the commission component of this position. You’ll be responsible for hunting
down and closing new digital media vendors; executing digital marketing campaigns with your supply channel portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Day to day Vendor Management – work with our Supply Vendors to optimize delivery of the desired campaign, analyzing the performance and statistics to maximize revenue, ensure quality goals are satisfied, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement innovative initiatives that enhance supply productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI
  • Responsible for ensuring Vendor compliance with the campaign goals, and fraud guidelines on an ongoing basis
  • Recruit, build and manage strong vendor relationships, troubleshoot issues in conjunction with technical staff, provide regular feedback to staff and management regarding the performance of your portfolio, and potential growth opportunities within your portfolio 
  • Develop new vendor partnerships
  • Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential, with quality deliverables top of mind
  • Participate in media planning sessions for Tier 1 client opportunities
  • Maintain current knowledge regarding industry trends, issues, and opportunities, through attending tradeshows, researching companies, vendors, 3 rd parties operating within the industry, and industry authorities such as the IAB and MRC.
Required Qualifications
  • 1 + years prior experience in digital marketing
  • Must have an understanding of the performance marketing space and how it works
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and contact prospects 
  • Must possess an understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking, and optimization
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional results - target oriented
  • Strong relationship building skills 
  • Ability to understand and verbalize technical language required to perform vendor integrations
  • Strong decision making, problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Outgoing, well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous
  • Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet browsers)
  • Expertise in many forms of internet media and marketing
