Account Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
We are leading the search for an Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting and growing a book of business by providing superior client service. This role is ideal for highly driven fresh grads or junior candidates with some experience in digital marketing.

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time 

  • Optimize existing campaigns and offers to increase acquisition rates and overall revenue.
  • Assist with revenue generation and client retention strategies
  • Maximize revenue by growing existing business through the development and/or implementation of new campaign strategies
  • Manage regular contact with clients regarding campaign optimization, growth strategies and other relevant information
  • Collect maintain, analyze and report information, on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis, related to account receivable, accounts payable and other
  • Act as day-to-day client liaison with advertisers
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client’s business, as well as current industry knowledge
  • Maintain and build existing client relationships by consistently providing exceptional service 
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or other related fields
  • Some experience working in a sales or account management capacity
  • A background in digital marketing (internship, co-op or work)
  • At least a high level understanding of how the performance marketing space works 
  • Ability to take initiative and be hands on to complete required tasks
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrated self-starter who is deadline driven
  • Effectively work as a member of team
