Application Support Manager

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
We are leading the search for a Technical Support Manager for a tech company within the Biotech space located in Toronto. This is the ideal position for someone will be able to lead a support team in a SaaS based support environment and who can also scale it to a 24/7 environment.  This Manager will have experience working with KPIs, dashboards and bench mark reporting.
Location: Toronto

Position type: Full time, permanent

  • Post Secondary degree or diploma 
  • 5+ years experience in providing tech support to clients
  • 3+ years experience in a leadership role supporting a team of support staff
  • SaaS tech support experience
  • Must HAVE experience supporting an application and not just general HelpDesk
  • Working on Windows is MUST!!!
  • Knowledge of networking and TCP\IP based devices
  • Experience with ticketing systems 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Fun, energetic and out-going personality
