Senior Product Manager - Lead Gen

Location: New York City, New York, Canada
We are leading the search for a Senior Product Manager. This is an opportunity with one of the fastest growing performance marketing company with a huge global presence. The Primary role of a Senior Product Manager is to fully understand the structure of Leadgen campaign in order to further build up the product. This incumbent must fully understand the way to match the user with the ads and build our client user’s database. This incumbent should excel at relationship building, analyzing marketing campaigns and be self-motivated. This position provides high earning potential for candidates looking to build a career in a growing performance marketing/Adtech industry. 

Location: US or Canada
Position Type: Remote work opportunity (1-year contract to start)

  • Deliver proactive product management by providing solutions to match ads for different users. 
  • Offer ideas/methods of increasing revenue 
  • Work with tech team to integrate path solution into their own CPL (Sweepstake) to increase efficiency in methods of optimizing revenue and profit.
  • Actively consult with tech team and operation team on an ongoing product 
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
  • Prepare weekly/ monthly reports to track, analyze, and forecast the revenue opportunities for CPL (Mainly Sweepstake campaigns)
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for consumer and performance-based marketing and lead generation
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars, and workshops
  • Occasional travel to HQ and industry conferences
  • Optimization of our campaign and provide technical assistance when needed
  • Perform additional work as may be required by the Company from time to time
Must Haves:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in working in the Lead generation performance marketing industry
  • Extensive knowledge and fully understand of sweepstakes is a huge plus
  • Basic link tracking and HTML knowledge
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests
