We are currently leading the search for a Contact Center Supervisor in San Diego. This role works closely with the inside sales team to drive customer satisfaction as a motivational coach and leader. Position Type: Full time, Permanent

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Day-to-Day Operations in World Class Inside Sales Team
  • Assist with Recruitment, training and development of Inside Sales Agents
  • Oversee Contact Center Software
  • Oversee results towards achieving revenue and conversion rate standards
  • Ensure quality sales by developing and administering procedures
  • Improve the department’s ability to increase sales retention
  • Monitor monthly goals and explain the outcome of those goals
  • Work independently and team within environment.
  • Lead sales contests and incentive programs
  • Manage towards increasing sales, productivity and overall employee morale
  • Conduct team meetings
Requirements: 
  1. Proven experience as supervisor in a contact center
  2. Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
  3. Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  6. Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines
